- Add the tomato sauce and mix well, then add the peas and the corn and mix well, then add the tomtatoes, and season to taste. Cover the pan and keep them boiling for at leat 10 minutes then remove the lid and stir, then keep them for at least 5 more minutes to lose 3/4 of their moist.
- In a separate pan, heat some vegetable oil and fry the veggie balls until their colour darkens on low heat so that they cook well from the inside.
- Serve by adding the veggie balls in a plate and then add the sauce around. Season with dry coriander.
