- Add garlic, asafoetida, curd,turmeric powder, asafoetida, red chilli powder dhaniajeera powder salt as per taste and mix well
- Pakoda batter is ready. Now heat oil in a kadai and drop small size pakoda in oil and fry them on medium flame till brown and crispy.
- Serve hot tasty Sprouted Moong Pakoda in a plate with tomato catchup.
