  4. Add water into the flour.
  5. Make a fine batter with pouring consistency.
  6. Heat oil in kadhai.
  7. Fry the pakoras until they get golden brown and crispy twice.
  8. Serve hot the pakoras with tomato chutney/ketchup/ green chili chutney/coriander chutney or you can have this with tea.
