- Make ready 1 beetroot
- Take 1 chopped onion
- Take 1 spoon chopped ginger garlic

- Take 1/4 spoon red chilli
- Prepare 1/4 spoon black pepper

- Prepare 1/4 spoon cumin seeds
- Get 4 spoons bread crumbs
- Prepare 2 spoons cornflour
Steps to make Beetroot Kabab:
- Heat 2 spoons of oil and fry it by adding cumin, ginger, garlic, green chillies, onions,carrots and grated beetroot
- Add salt and all the spices and mash the potatoes and mix them,
- Mix the bread powder then turn off the gas,let cool down
- Put cornflour by giving shape of kabab
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and shallow fry it and served with sauce and sesame seeds.
