  19. Take Pinch hing
  20. Take 3-4 drops lemon juice
Steps to make Veg Garden kababs:
  1. Make Tikki: - - Soak Daliya and Chhole for overnight.
  2. Next day remove water from Dalia completely so that Dalia becomes soft - Put Chole and Potato in pressure cooker for 7-8 whistles - Then take boiled chole out of cooker and set aside - Remove potato skins and set aside.
  3. Take a bowl, add water and put Spinach into it. - Parboil Spinach on slow flame for 15 mins.
  4. In a similar way, Par boil Green peas too - Remove water from Spinach & green peas completely - Add Spinach and Green peas into Mixer and grind them for 1 min.
  5. Take a bowl and add spinach and potato and proper mashed and add carrot, cabbage and paneer.
  6. And again add dalia, chole.
  7. Add all spices.
  8. And all ingredients mix it well and make a thick mixture.
  9. Make a medium size balls.
  10. Make one by one balls. And prepare kababs for fry.
  11. Take a pan on fast gas and one by one fry kababs.
  12. Kabab looks brown so you can remove it in pan. And all kabab fry in the same way.
  13. Ready your kababs.
