- Prepare 250 gms Khoya
- Take 200 grams Dessicated coconut

- Make ready 200 grams Sugar

- Take As needed Gulkand
- Get 5-6 Cardamom
- Get As needed Tutti frutti
- Take 1 cup Warm Milk
Instructions to make Dry Fruits Pan Modak:
- Add warm milk in desiccated coconut and keep aside for 30 mins.
- Keep pan/kadhai on low flame add coconut mix and stir well for 5-6 mins.
- Add Khoya to the coconut mixture and stir for 15 mins.
- Then add dry fruits and sugar mix well let the sugar melt into the mixture.
- Make paste of Paan with help of little amount of water.
- Add Paan paste to the khoya coconut mixture stir well for 15 mins or till the mixture starts to leave oil/ghee.
- Turn the gas off and let it cool. Add Gulkand into the mixture.
- Make Modak and/or Laadu of the mixture and Let the Modak cool for one hour in the refrigerator. Garnish with Tutti-frutti and Enjoy the Ganesh Ustav with paan Modak
