- Chopped betel leaves.
- In a mixer jar take chopped betel leaves, fennel seeds,rose petals jam and milk.
- Blend it well.
- In a bowl take whipping cream and whip it for 1 min on medium speed.
- Add milk made to it and again whip it for 15 - 20 seconds.
- Then add Cardamom powder, chopped dates, tutti frutti, betel leaves paste and green food colour. Mix it well.
- Pour this mixture in airtight container. Add tutti frutti and chopped dry fruits on top.
- Put this container in deep freezer for 10 - 12 hours.
