- Pour the noodles into the frying pan and mix in properly; once its hot set aside.
- Clean the frying pan and heat it up; use either cooking spray or vegetable oil to grease the pan once its hot break egg into the pan and flip over without touching the yoke.
- Serve jollof noodles with egg and baked bean.
