  1. Preheat oven to 365 degrees. - - Lightly spray the copper pot with the canola oil.
  2. Place the branzino filets skin side down in the copper pot. Evenly drizzle the olive oil over both filets followed by the garlic powder & black pepper. - - Place the butter on top of each filet. Squeeze the fresh lemon over the filets. Cut the remainder of the squeezed lemon into pieces and place around the fish in the pan.
  3. Bake covered on the center rack of the oven for 20 minutes. - - Uncover and continuing cooking for 3-5 minutes. Remove from the oven. Use a large spatula to remove the filets from the pan to the plate. - - NOTE: the cover of the pot will be very hot remember to wear your oven mitts
