  1. Wash spinach leaves, finely chop.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the above ingredients to knead the dough. - - Add little by little water and knead soft dough like chapati. - Add half a teaspoon of oil to the dough and knead for another two minutes. - Now cover this well kneaded dough for at least 25 minutes.
  3. Now divide this dough into 10 equal parts. - - Now roll the spinach parathas one by one and put ghee on it and fry it on hot tawa.
  4. Serve these hot parathas with raita or pickles.
