- In a wok heat oil and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and ajwain. When splutters add capsicums and stir for 1-2 mins. Add salt. Stir and set aside
- In a bowl add wheat flour and with salt and water make a dough to make a Chapati. Rest for 5 mins. Roll with a rolling pin to make a Chapati. In a tawa heat and roast the Chapati. Set aside
- On the Chapati smear the mashed potato well. Add the cooked vegetables and top it with grated paneer. Fold into half.
- On the Tawa heat butter and fry the Chapati parcel until golden in colour. Set aside. Cut into wedges.
- Plate it and enjoy with Cajun dressing in yoghurt
