- Paan ki kheer :- - first of all we will wash rice and soak into the water for 25 - 30 mints.
- After that we will take a pan and add into our milk cook into low flame and wait for until it boil.
- Now we will add rice and cook for 4 - 5 mints.
- Now we will finely chopped paan leaves and add into pan,now we will cook it for 7 - 8 mints on medium flame
- After 8 mints we will add sugar and cook it until when it becomes thick.
- Now it is ready.we will take out in a bowl and wait until it cools at room temprature.After that we will keep it in freeze for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours we will add into kewra essense and mix well and serve it.
