  1. Soak the dry chillies in vinegar, slice the onions and place it along with the fresh red chillies, bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or brown a bit.
  2. Grind the garlic with the black pepper corns. Then add everything into the blender, squeeze the lemon juice and blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a pot add the bay leaves and simmer for 30minutes, cover the pot while it's cooking. I added a little bit of paprika.
